For the ones who give until there's nothing left
You spend your days holding things together — for your family, your work, the people who count on you. Somewhere in all that giving, it's easy to lose the habit of asking what you need.
Maybe you're curious about Reiki but not sure what to expect. That's alright. You don't need to know anything about energy work to be here. You just need an hour to yourself.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, energy practice that started in Japan in the early 1900s. During a session, you stay fully clothed and simply lie down or sit comfortably while I lightly rest my hands on or near different points on your body.
You don't have to do anything. There's nothing to prepare or figure out beforehand. Some people feel warmth or a light tingling; others feel little more than deep relaxation. Every person's experience is a little different, and there's no wrong way to receive it.
Reiki offers a safe, non-invasive way to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body's natural capacity for healing. It complements rather than replaces traditional medical care.
Reiki, wherever you are
You can experience the benefits of Reiki from anywhere in the world. Because energy isn't limited by physical space, your session takes place wherever you feel most comfortable, at a time we set together.

About Melanie
Someone to Guide You Through It
What I care about most is connection — with family, friends, and people I've just met. I've always found my greatest joy in creating spaces where someone can truly relax and be themselves, even for an hour.
Through Reiki sessions, I get to do that work in a focused way: helping you pause, breathe, and reconnect with what actually matters, even in the middle of a busy life. Watching someone leave a session lighter than when they arrived — that's what keeps me doing this.
Outside of sessions, I'm probably deep into a K-drama marathon, showing up to a themed 5K in glow sticks, or helping a local organization get something done. Ask me about my current drama obsession — I have one.

You spend so much time giving to others.
Make a little space for yourself.
